I've begun to realize that I'm finally getting in better shape (not just losing weight). Looks like working out 5-6 days a week does really pay off! Ha.

I usually do Zumba once a week at the gym. Sometimes twice if I'm having a hard time feeling motivated. I know it's not as intense of a workout as running or elliptical. But I do usually feel like I worked hard and it was a legit burn.

The last few times I've done Zumba (a one hour class) I just felt like I didn't work enough. So, I ran around the track for 10 minutes. I did Zumba for an hour and then went for a quick run?! I don't even know who I am anymore! lol.

    :drinker: That's great! You are probably also to the point where it isn't an option to skip the gym anymore. Having the energy to run 10 minutes plus your regular workout is awesome!
