    Found this out when I was suffering with endometrial cancer, cramps are a form of contractions. Your body is having these contractions to clean you out. Most women who has ever has a long labor during childbirth and most doctors or nurses will tell you that walking relieves cramps/contractions quite a lot. I walked for 2 hours during my labor with my son and it helped a ton.

    Take 800 mg ibuprofen if you are not allergic, to help with the inflammation and pain, wait about 30 minutes and go for a long walk. It will help. Then try working out.
