I hear a lot on the radio about problems associated with low testosterone. Has anyone been diagnosed with this and treated? Does it help? Comments.

My husband has been tested and is low. He has to be tested again before the insurance company will let him have testosterone replacement. There are a ton of symptoms of low T. Lethargy, sleep problems, depression and muscle wasting, just to name a few. It's quite common, especially as men age, but doctors don't always recognize the symptoms. I've seen it referred to as male menopause.
We've done a lot of research and for most men, replacement therapy (gel, shots, pellets, etc) seems to help, but each therapy works differently for each man.0
