Hi, I'm Morgan. I'm a college sophomore and weigh 220 pounds. It's kinda scary to actually write that number out. I've tried so many diets...slimgenice, weight watchers. You name it, I've probably been on it. The difference this time is that something from inside me has triggered me to lose weight instead of some outside source like my mom or a friend. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. My goal is to weigh somewhere around 150. I really need some support. So if you are a supportive, or need support, or have made progress or none at all, let's be friends and take this journey together. Hooray for "tomorrow" finally coming. I'm ready to lose some weight. Bye bye peanut butter m&m's hello new, healthy lifestyle.
