Im a beginner.. wish me luck

Hello all... I am new to this and I am in need to lose 41lbs. That is my goal. I have always been active and the past few years I am become careless in what I eat and drink and I pushed exercise out of my life. I used to be motivated and now I am in a slump.

I get into a routine and I am very easily distracted to come off that routine. Please help support me through this. I am getting married on 9/27/13 and I want to look amazing in my dress and wow everyone.

My age is 27
Current weight is 176
Goal weight is 135
