    I'm not one of those people who gets off on being bad or being a rebel or whatever. I don't go sneaking off to devour a forbidden treat when no one's watching, then cry about it later. There is no food that brings me any sense of shame or guilt. I just don't think that anything that makes me feel guilty would bring me any pleasure, so I'll just have to say that I have no guilty pleasures. I just have pleasures! :love:

    But there are plenty of people who WOULD feel guilty if they ate what I eat. Some would even call it cheating. I don't know why they feel guilty, I just know that they do because I read about it all the time on MFP. So, my guilt-free pleasure is pasta! I eat it every day and I'm not ashamed to say it! My next great pleasure is cheese! Chocolate and coconut are high up on the list as well. I have too many pleasures to count...:drinker:
