Jeez. The whole reason I joined this site was because I'm moving to be with my boyfriend in December....and on Valentines day....I found out he was cheating on me! haha......so for a few days I felt hopeless.....but everything is worked out....everyone is good....I'm back on track....Do you guys totally get distracted from losing weight when you're under stress too?

    Yes I do...but manage to keep getting back in the saddle...wish I could be one of those people who stay on track and never get knocked down, but I'm not...the more I practice, the better I get...hope you do too!

    personally, i NEVER get distracted, but i never stick to it when im stressed. i let losing weight take over my life, and i cant even do it. i actually wish i could be distracted from it rather than have it have it be ALL I THINK ABOUT.

    I have had a lot on my plate the last couple of weeks and it's been very stressful here. Since things are out of my control in other ways, I find the distraction of meal planning and chatting to be very nice. Would I rather have pizza tonight instead of a salad and a small pasta, oh yeah, but I can't let the negatives influence the positives. I lost a lot of weight this week, not from stressing out, but from eating right and exercising. Hang in there, you can do this....
