Okay, with only months away from the UKBFF competition it is time to fine-tune that all important abs section.

What training do you do? What is your favourite abdominal workout and diet? And last but not least - How often do you undertake abs training?

PS: Anyone ever undertook the Alan Valdez challenge? 2,000 abs a day everyday precomp preparation. Yup, that is correct: 2,ooo!
