I've been dieting since August 09 and i have lost 3stone up to now :) I found this site from a friend and the diary is awesome feel free to check it out if you want :) Looking forward to meeting you all.

    Saw your photo thread and the weight loss is superb. Gotta say you look so much better.

    I'm hoping to lose 3 stone in 6 months and hoping for similar results :)
