shrimp tortellini with pesto tomatos, roasted red peppers, and spinach

Baby Spinach Leaves - Raw, 3 cup
Generic - Medium Raw Shrimp - Peeled & Deveined With Tail Off, 8 oz Raw
Mancini - Roasted Red Peppers, 1 oz
Trader Joe's - Organic Cherry Tomatoes, 40 tomatoes
Buitoni - Reduced Fat Pesto With Basil 62 g (0.25cup)
Rosetto - Cheese Tortellini, 2 cup

Boil shrimp
Cut tomatoes in half,
Chop Roasted red peppers,
Heat pan and throw in Tomatoes, roasted red peppers and spinach until hot
Add shrimp and Tortellini, toss with pesto
