HELP! - 3 weeks off routine & desperately need motivation

I turned 50 on Oct 17. My best friend that I haven't seen for 9 years (and who's afraid of flying) surprised me by flying out to spend my birthday (and a week) with me. I had 2 more friends from far away come as well. I was able to take a week off of work. Needless to say it was a week and a half of birthday celebrations for me and I totally went off my routine. I have been eating and drinking whatever I want, whenever I want since then. I've gained 3 lbs back too. I told myself that this past week I would get back on track but am finding it extremely difficult to get motivated. Can anyone help me get back into the mind frame I need to get back on track and succeed????
