Fat is lost gradually and from all your body. You cannot lose fat from one specific area. It just goes down gradually from every part of your body. If you target some parts with just excersizes (like abs for example), it is in some cases counter-intuitive as the muscles will grow and push the fat upwards making you look fatter.
You show you lost 17lbs. You are definitely doing something right? Plus at 115lbs I don't think there is much more low you can go?
In any case, you can do keto and add on weights. Fat = fly fly fly. From there it is all what you want to do with your body, though if you are really 115lbs and are from the year of '86 I doubt you have a lot of fat.
Tried calipers? what is your current body fat percentage?
Don't overdo things. I've been there, and its not pretty.

Eat at a caloric deficit and exercise (preferably including strength training, which helps preserve lean muscle mass as the fat is lost). You can't spot reduce - it will eventually come off at some point in your weight loss according to your genetics. No particular foods or exercises will cause the fat to disappear from a particular area of your body any faster. Don't believe the supplement and/or exercise equipment sales pitches saying they "target belly/midsection fat" - it's all BS. Fat loss patterns are predetermined by your genetics. Just keep at it and eventually you'll lose it.0

A friend just told me tonight about intermediate fasting. He showed me pictures of himself when he was doing it, RIPPED!
I gotta look it up myself now, he said just go on the internet. I know about fasting, but this has a twist to it, so you can eat as well. He sort of explained it, sort of.........0 -

Erm.. just no. Cardio will just increase her TDEE. We don't know if she is on a deficit at this point or not.
Nutrition wise, fat, if anything, is required as part of a balanced diet. No fat foods is ridiculous. If anything cut down on carbs.,.
And if she is going to do excersizes, might as well do something that can contribute to fat loss. Plank I can see it helping to increase her core, but other than that..0 -

I do IF. It does nothing if you don't control your calorie intake. I just use it because the whole metabolism will slow down is crap and it fits my daily routine better and I can piggy out after weights and it feels good
There are benefits to it, but don't expect to lose weight if you just cram all the food you usually eat in a 6hr window. People see benefits because they cannot manage to eat a days worth of food in that span of time.0
