is it worth it ?

i was thinking of trying and drinking the naked juice, but when i log it it has a lot of calories, sugar and dietary fiber. and i don't know if its worth to drink it for breakfast tomorrow. what do you guys think ?

    Smoothies are definitely high in sugar simply because of the fruit content (I don't remember offhand if Naked has added sugar, though I think not). Also high in calories, because think about how many pieces of fruit you're condensing to fit in there! As for dietary fiber, that is a good thing, fiber is your friend.

    All that said, I like them and I drink them occasionally, but more as a treat than a meal. I think it's fine as long as you can allot those calories in your day.
