Hey everyone

I've been here on MyFitnessPal for a while but only recently just started using properly with my diet plan and only just discovered the community side of it so thought I'd say hi :)

My names Chris, from Manchester UK, I'm 27, currently weighing about 196-198lbs, 5'11".

I'm a regular gym go'er going 4 times a week and also do lots of random kettlebell and crossfit style workouts.

I have an ambition to become a physique athlete on stage sometime next year so using this a tool to note and tweak my diet as changes happen.

Might happen, might not but I'm definitely gonna try my best and see wher eI end up, always good to have a personal challenge.
