Hey guys. I'm looking for some ideas to keep me away from the take-out menu... Does anyone have any ideas for meals which don't break the bank calorie wise but are very tasty when you need some indulgence? Thanks in advance!

I always love a stir fry, easy to make it seem a bit authentic. Look for recipes that just use a little low sodium stock + a tsp of cournflour for the sauce, that way you avoid the cals in pre made packet things. I often use chicken stock and a good spoon of minced garlic. Bok choy, some bean sprouts, broccoli, snow peas and whatever protein you like. Tacos too, perhaps; they're easy to health-ify a tad.0
