New to this - looking to share tips,recipes & motivation

I joined a MFP around 10 days ago and am just getting to grips with what it can offfer. I think its a fantastic tool and it would be great to share tips and motivation with folks who have similar objectives and goals.

I'm a 31 year old dad of two so fitting in the time to make excercise is difficult, but im trying.
