raw chocolate pudding

This stuff is amazing! High cal and so healthy!

Ingredients needed:

Water
Dates
Medium Avocado
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
Vitamix blender or high-speed

1. Measure and soak 1/2 cup of dates in water. This is about 10 dates. Soak overnight.
2, Drain 1/4 cup water from the soaked dates and add to blender.
3. Add dates to blender
4. Add avocado to blender

Start blending in vitamix on low speed.

5. Add the (2tbsp) cocoa powder
6. Add the raw honey (1 tbsp)

Now turn up blender to a little higher speed and blend for 45-60 seconds. You may need to stop blender to move the pudding around so it will blend a little more. I usually do this a few times. Make sure its all blended up. Try not to use anymore than 1/4 cup water. The more water you add to make it blend, will make it watered down and not thick like pudding.

Remove from blender and add to fridge for a few hours.

This stuff is amazing and so healthy! Taste better than any store bought pudding that I have tried.

I wont use agave as it can be processed. Raw cocoa powder is not. I'm on a raw food forum and read so much bad stuff on agave.

This stuff is so amazing. I will bring this for lunch and its a great way to reach my cal limit each day. + the avocado is all healthy fats. Make sure your avocado is just rip and not soft either. I let mine sit out a few days before and once its a little soft i use. This is 100% raw.
