Help needed: weight lifting to supplement INSANITY

Hi guys,

I'm on week 2 of INSANITY and loving every hateful minute of it lol.

However, I feel as if I'm losing the muscles I gained while on Power 90. After reading the threads, I figured I should supplement my routine with heavy lifting to maintain muscles (ESP the upper body/arms).

Thing is, I don't know how to lift heavy, as the only strength training I've done is with power 90.

Would love advise on how heavy should I lift, the types of exercises I should do and for how long?
