Recipe sharing - please help!

I am making a recipe to share with a fellow mfp friend. Is there any way that she can add the recipe directly from my saved recipe? Or does she have to enter the whole recipe herself?
I've put so many different ingredients into it, and I really wanted to be able to save her the trouble of entering the recipe from scratch!
Any ideas please?

    Go into your recipe and change "Would you like to submit this recipe to the MyFitnessPal recipe database?" from no to yes, then she should be able to get info just by searching the database

    I didn't think that particular feature was available yet. It would be great if it was!
