exercises for people with bad knees

Ok - just ignore that he's the personal trainer for Dr. Oz. There are some really good ideas in the video for some no-impact exercise. I'm thinking they are exercises that you can do while traveling too since you don't need a gym. I'm going to give some of them a go, especially the first one for the quad muscles - I had both knees replaced last Jan/Feb and my quad muscles are still sore.

I have trouble knees too and I find the elliptical to be comfortable for cardio!0
