off track

I'm gotten so off track I don't even know where to begin, or if I have the motivation to start up again. I weigh more now then I did when I was pregnant and hate the way I look. I am so frustrated because I feel like even when I am tracking and being good I see no results. I try and bring my lunch to work but forget a lot or get tired of bringing the same old thing constantly. What keeps you on track? What are your tips and tricks to staying healthy and losing weight?

    I've been doing this for a while now but recently have zero motivation to work out and I have no idea why. Its very frustrating. I pulled out an old Jillian Michaels DVD (Ripped in 30) in the hopes that just doing about 30 minutes a day (I used to do an hour) would get me back in the groove again. But...here I am, putting off pushing play. Grrr.
