Exercise ball workout

I'm trying to find some workouts I can do on the days I am stuck in the house. I really need core strengthening workouts. I have this exercise ball that I have never really known what to do with. Does anyone have a good workout suggestion for the ball? I'm a newbie, just a few months in, and thus far am only doing thrice weekly walks as my exercise, so I'm not ready for super high intensity with anything quite yet. But some suggestions for tiered workouts (once you get to this point, do this) would be great. Thanks.
