I don't take any and I know i need to start. What would be the best ones to take? Will i really be able to tell a huge difference in how i feel?

Adult gummies. They don't upset your stomach.0

get a generic at wal mart or target
it's a good idea to take one but no need to pay for the commercials or fancy labels0 -
and no...very doubtful you will feel any different unless you are severely mal nourished0

I use Women's One-A-Day and a fish oil. There's lots of good studies out lately about fish oil and I'd say you can't go wrong with taking one. Just make sure you take whatever with food as most vitamins won't be absorbed without them. I'm thinking of switching to a pre-natal because they have more folic acid (good for your hair) and higher potassium content.0

No.
I haven't seen much evidence that taking a multi does much of anything.0 -
I agree, I dont see/feel too different. Its just that I paid for the big bottle at Costco and I'm not going to just waste the money. However, it is cold and flu season, and an ounce of prevention.....0

My nails don't break nearly as much. Some people might notice clearer skin, less hair breakage, and overall improvement in energy. It is possible to get all your nutrients from food though (especially if you eat clean, lots of veggies, and fish), so maybe you didn't have any deficiencies to begin with!0 -

skin & hair = Vitamin E
energy = vitamin B
The only vitamin supplement I take is vtiamin B, but I don't even do that regularly. Vitamins in food make much more difference than vitamins in food.0
