Pardon me getting on my soapbox and getting all serious for a moment. There was a story on the news today about a problem I have been trying to raise awareness of for years now. This is one of those problems that no one believes is real...until it happens to them.

The official trade organization claims a 10% error rate - my personal experience puts it much higher: at over half of the reports have one or more surprises on them. Even if they are right, that means a huge number of US MFP folks may be affected.
