Body Revolution Question

I'm just wondering if anyone has done or is doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and what is was that you ate. I did the kick start week and ate off her provided meal plan. I took a look at the regular 90 day meal plan that is provided and it was just not realistic for me as a single person to buy the amount of food needed and the serving sizes were weird. Anyway...I lost about 8 pounds the first week on the kick start, this week I've been eating "normally" but at a 1200 calorie restriction and I've gained about 1.5 pounds(not really concerned about this). I don't like eating at 1200 it just feels to low for me...my BMR is 1690.

So has anyone done the program with good results and not using the meal plan? What did you eat, how much? Any help or suggestions would be very welcomed

I have done one round of JM BODY Rev...I did not do the eating plan...I didn't lose that much weight but good inches and definition.... I ate well over 1200 even 1500...simply because I instruct Group Power and do other things with it....1200 wasn't an option....Lean Meats, Vege's, Fruit, Nuts, Protein Shakes....weekend a little popcorn, bacon and others there...but for the most part I had good results....

Starting it again in Feb.....taking on Insanity again going into the New Yr.... Good luck to you... Here are some pics beginning/Halfway and ending results...I was pleased...

I did the first 2 phases of Body Revolution and I didn't follow the meal plan. I just counted my calories and ate as usual. I think I was on around 1800 calories then, but basically whatever it took to get around a 500 calorie per day deficit. I lost 5 lbs per month while doing Body Revolution just like during the rest of my weight loss. Even though I really liked it, I ended up quitting because of hip problems (I can't do jumping jacks or lunges or anything like that anymore). But you will get the results if you work hard  good luck!
