I like the way I feel after working out. I like that it clears the senses and calms me down. It takes away anger. It calms the stress.
And... I like that it helps me lose weight... obviously.0 -
Stress relief...works like a charm! Especially if you jam to your favorite music too.0

To be awesome (oh, wait I already am)
Because it's something to do
So I don't feel like a cardiac patient when I walk up the stairs.0 -

Yes! And because I really enjoy kayaking and hiking and power shopping and those things are easier when 10 minutes of it doesn't make you winded, but mostly becasue I REALLY REALLY like dessert.0 -
I work out because I love it. I love knowing I've done Insanity 3X. I love the look on people's faces when I talk about my workout program...they are impressed and jealous. I love buying new clothes because the size 6s fall off. I love the fact that I am smaller than most my daughters 13 year old friends and I am 39. I love the high workouts give me, the exhaustion, the soreness, the peace, I love it all.0

Because high blood pressure, heart disease, and heart attack are very common in my family (both sides).
I live for cardio!

Aesthetics, community, and I love too.
It really does help with physical labor though. I can do so many more things and with more ease.0 -
I like the way it makes me feel the day AFTER. The sore muscles. The abundance of energy (I crash the day of a workout but the day after I feel energetic).
I get the same way. I am exhausted the day of a work out but the next day I feel awesome! glad I'm not the only one.0 -
I like making my curves better and being strong.0

- I'm tired of being the fat sheep of the family.
- Thrift shopping becomes easier when you aren't restricted to plus sizes (although it will never be easy, because I'm practically 6' tall)
- Being strong is DANG USEFUL
- If I have children someday, I want them to inherit a healthy lifestyle0 -
