Just don't see it

The most frustrating thing for me is that when I look in the mirror I still see the 429lb woman and not the 353 lb woman. My clothes are big and that does feel good but I need to see it in the mirror. It is annoying. It makes me feel that I am not losing. I had decided that I would only weigh myself when I went to the doctors because I don't want to get super focused on the scale but I broke down and bought one and waiting for it to be delivered. GRRRRRRRRR so annoying.

You have all the motivation you need! Channel that! Meditate - take pictures of yourself - just remember if you dont move or try you will be worse off then before! I always think, "man if i did this 2 months ago think of how better off i would be now", instead of wondering, i do today.

Try measuring yourself! You will see concrete differences in your size with the measurements, and that will help you keep up your motivation. Good luck, and congratulations on all the weight you have already lost!
