    I love swimming laps in the pool. I am not very fast but I love just to zone out in my own little world to swim and swim and swim! It is easy on the joints, too!!! :smile:

    I am terrible at working out! But I like to walk, go horse riding, and I have a healthrider machine that I do kind of enjoy going on!

    You're only terrible at working out if you don't do it, and if you don't give it your all :)

    This. All of it. Plus just walking my dog through the neighborhood or at the park. And planks, because it took me weeks to be able to do them.

    Hmm. This is tough for me. I like Jillian's 30DS but I get bored easily so my exercises have to change consistently. I love swimming, badmitton, tennis, wii sports, Jillian (obviously) biggest loser, elliptical, and have recently gotten to love yoga :)

    Love love love step classes, and zumba (although its more fun than a true workout).. I love/hate total body classes too - nothing like pushups/box jumps/weights to start (or end) the day!
  • I am a treadmill person! Zone in while watching the Big Bang Theory. I have to be careful not to fall off at times, but what a why to burn off the rest of the world!!
