Whats the best way to lose inches fast?

Please help, i've got some gorgeous new trousers i desperately need to fit in for next weekend (skinny ones that are NOT forgiving!). Obviously i'm going to be super careful with what i eat over the next week and increase my exercise but is there anything else i can do to shrink my stomach/hips/thighs, even just a little bit, i'd be happy for a small temporary loss!

Any ideas would be gratefully received.
