30 day shred question...

So I've been doing the 30 day shred for about a week now and I've been eating my normal diet (healthy meals but with a considerable amount of chocolate in between...) I don't want to lose any weight, I just want to tone up - will this still be possible if I'm not eating super-healthy, like still eating some junk food?

    Personally, i don't know, but I am also doing 30 day shred, am 4 days into it. So, bump!

    LOL, I too have chocolate in my diet, I can't stop...
    Anyway, as long as your tracking what you eat and being mostly healthy, some treats should be OK. I'm obviously not an expert but it worked for me while I was doing the shred (had to quit at week 3 for a shoulder problem). Good luck!

    As long as you are not eating MORE than your maintenance calories, yes, you should be able to maintain your weight and still gain benefits from doing the 30 Day Shred.
