Treat myself to slim, not sugar!

I am adept at finding reasons to treat myself:
It's the Sabbath! Time for a big lunch.
Mondays are so difficult. How about an afternoon cake?
Wednesday, halfway through! Time for a beer.
Thursday, practically the weekend! Another beer or two.
Friday! Grocery trip for all sorts of junk in celebration!
Saturday, wonderful, time for a serious breakfast.

So, you see, it's time to treat myself to slim. Cut down on those calories and make more time for physical activity.
