Just wanted to post my progress so far. Got serious about getting healthy again around the end of may. Progress has slowed down quite a bit lately (work, vacation, work work work). Still very happy with where I am and hope to be where I want to be soon!

For me it was about being disciplined.
I took the 1400 calories I was going to eat a day and broke them down.
6:30am Breakfast 150-200 Calories
9:30am Snack - 150 calories
12:00pm Lunch - 250 calories
3:00pm Snack - 150 Calories
6:00pm Dinner - Whatever I had left.
I make most of the food I eat. I bring my snacks and lunch to work.
I drink lots of water. I try to get close to a gallon a day. I pee a lot.
I drink a glass of wine 4-5 times a week at least. That was the one thing I didn't want to give up.
I work out when I can. I try to do at least 2 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training.
And I dont have a "cheat day" If i want to go out to a nice dinner .. I enjoy it. I just don't do it often.0 -

its all about the control. i go out for diner as well, but not often, like my doctor said. you can have whatever you want just don't have a lot of it. great advise. i live by it everyday 40 lbs down.0
