I am a mother of 3 beautiful Lil girls ! Was always active and looking and feeling great when I was a bachelor ! Now that iam settled down I have lost control of me I know what I need to do and always say Iam gonna an start then fall off ??!? Stress depression and just plain old lazy-ness !! I live in Vancouver Canada one of the most healthy cities yet not me !!! YET !! I feel stronger lately !!! So if you know what Iam too g through please let me know what I can do !!! Thanks
