I was just curious does anybody walk the 4.0 trail at Volmer Rd just east of I 57 in Flossmoor Il. It is a really nice walk and I have gained inspiration from the regulars I see out there. I walk/run 7 days a week and its just refreshing place to exercise.

    I started walking on that trail almost a year ago. Im a runner now LOL But yes I enjoy that trail and have left a lot of stress on that trail.
