Hey everyone! I'm sort of new and am hoping to get into shape. I'm recovering from anorexia and almost 120 at 5'6. I really want to lose body fat and gain muscle, and just really tone up. I'm not sure if I should be losing any or not. I'm really struggling with being this size again. I just feel like I'm way too big. I'm definitely struggling and just don't know where to begin. Any ideas? Thanks!

no, you definitely don't want to lose weight; that's still a little light for your height. the rule of thumb is 100 pounds at 5 feet, then 5 pounds for every inch thereafter. good for you for conquering anorexia, I know it's tough. focus on gaining strength, not losing fat. it sounds like you don't have any real fat, just need to tone what you have. hang in there!
