carb help

i went from 270 carbs to 74 carbs and i feel soooo weak. why? am i ok? i am eating 1500 cals plus workout burning 500-600 cals

    CARBS = ENERGY! no need to say more lol..

    You lack fuel..... Calories don't give energy.... protein,fat and carbs does.... Carbs mostly.
    Don't take too much carbs but 74 is very very low...
    Training as much as you do.. You're body's craving for a lot more....

    I'm 120% sure it's only that ;)

    What do your other macros look like? You could raise carbs and lower your fat or protein ( if they are not to low ). If more carbs give you energy, eat more carbs.

    high carbs with lower fat or low carbs with high fat. whatever you prefer.

    Your are ok. As mentioned the carbs are fuel. If your working our and lowing carbs you probably want to look at our other macros and make sure they are in the right range. When I do low carbs I always make sure my protein is is high because I do work out as well.
