How do you tell when it's done?

It will be transparent with a little ring around it. Check a couple of grains, they should sort of pop in your mouth. Don't wait for all the water to absorb like the package says, in my experience that never happens and I overcook it if I wait. Enjoy!0

I was worried there was still too much moisture. Didn't let it get completely dry (I also hate when foods stick to the pot, or worse, scorch). It was delicious! Thanks, everyone.0

Yes you can re-heat it. Another option if you don't want to heat it up is to mix it in with a salad.0
