Cant stop eating

Im a boxer and for 3 months kept well to 100% no alcohol and 90% no naughty foods like chocolate, pizza and cakes.
I have just had my fight and I have time off from training and seemed to pick up every food I had been craving and supressed during the 3 month training to loose weight for my bout. I had it in the frigde (my junk food) like chocolate, buns, slices of cake, pizza, sausage rolls. I found myself one day eating really healthy all day but I was no longer hungry at night but ate a stupid ammount of chocolate, biscuits, cake, nuts all of which I should have moderated but just was craving so bad and I did it the following night too, I should be having a two week break off my training but had to force myself to run the next day because id been such a pig. I dont want to put weight back on but I know its easy to once your body is as slim as it will go.

Does anyone have any suggestions to fight them cravings? I like to eat chocolate and a bit of cake every now and then......well want to control my self for that but havent a clue how to fight it. any suggestions?

Plus I was so full and felt sooo Ill I had to make myself sick!

    I'm not against eating chocolate, cake, pizza, etc... but if you have too many of these foods around all the time then you increase your temptation to eat them. Purchase them only on planned occasions and keep your fridge and cupboards stocked with the healthy stuff.
