HELP!! Suggestions needed

I started swimming regularly. On my swim days MFP says I burn on average 700 cals. I do believe MFP overestimates burned calories so let's say, realistically, 450. I would like to eat back about 300 of those so I don't net WAY below my BMR. Any suggestions on snacks that can fill those up without busting my sugar and sodium macros?
