living magically

Hey guys, I'm looking for anyone familiar with the works of Gill Edwards, Richard Bach, Benjamin Hoff, Jane Roberts (Seth material), Bartholomew etc, and/or anyone who doesn't wish to work on PURELY physical goals, but also has an interest in sorting out mental junk too, and working on the part of their mind/personality/whatever that 'made' them have problems with food in the first place. If you would like to be part of a group like this, or if you know of a group that already exists that I can join, please let me know.

Thanks x

So I read Richard Bach in high school- loved. The only things I've done that would be in this line are Chakra yoga, which I loved, but the class got cancelled. I also bellydance, which is supposed to be good for the second chakra.

    I like Richard Bach.

me too. Oh, I'm stalking you or something....sorry, love!
  • just to say that I have emailed Gill Edwards' secretary just to make sure that it is ok to use the name Living Magically. Hopefully will get the thumbs up, if not will have to think of another name :) will keep you posted!
  • Have you tried working with your dreams? That's very important! NOT the dream dictionaries that tell you what dream symbols mean, those are garbage! Robert Moss has written excellent books about working out your dreams. I attended 2 of his workshops, and "Making Death Your Ally" was EXCELLENT for clearing out some mental "junk". There are people all over the world who work with dreams (some trained by Robert Moss). My local person is Susan Morgan, she's written a couple books about dreams as well.
I wish you the best of luck in your quest.

I love the topic....what do people think living magically is? I think that is a good start for the topic- then dive into how food became much more then fuel for the body. I like to join.

I am on a journey mystically and physically. Am only familiar with Bach, but have read and read others Louise Hay, Ruiz (the 4 agreements guy) and many others. Have a whole shelf of wicca, neo-pagan books. Many have great mental exercises to help rid of negativity. Oh and I love Andy Dooley! I would be interested in an active group.

Went to a drum circle recently and was amazing the energies raised. Have also attended some shaman course and completed reiki this year. I think the metaphysical interest helped me to decide to finally lose the weight.

I want to manifest healthy body and thinking.

David D. Burns, M.D. if you want something clinically proven. Psychological, not metaphysical. But helpful for resolving the damaging things we tell ourselves that can lead to bad choices.

Beliefs are highly individual as they are often born and reinforced through personal experience. I've read some of these authors, and others; but my experience with magic and spirituality is unique, as are theirs.

Sharing experiences and beliefs is important as long as everyone understands the individualtiy of it.
  • Louise Hay and Ruiz I am familiar with
  • Hi guys, I got an email today from the office of Gill Edwards (author of Living Magically) and basically got good feedback for this group but we can't call it Living Magically because of copywrite. So just wondered if people still want me to start a group and if so has anyone got a suggestion for a name?
