10 week challenge!

Hey guys!!!!

I really want a 10 week challenge. I want to start but I dont know what it involves! Anyone keen to join me???

Personally for me it would about 1-2 hours of work out everyday for 6 days a week and eating only vegetables and fruits and no fizzy or any cheat days!!! I want TO GET FIT and look GREAT BEFORE JAN 10!!! thats my DEAL!!!
