Switching a meal for a protein shake won't push weight loss.

Go slow, eat at your goal and take it day by day. 100lbs by summer may be too high of a goal.

on your profile I think you have to click personalize your ticker under the one you see on your own page and go from there.

I have never replaced meals with shakes but in your meal at lunch a good one for me is low sodium packets of regular or albacore tuna in water, there is an albacore one with 21 grams of protein

a couple nights ago I baked some tilapia, it was very low fat and had loads of protein, I think 25 grams per 4 oz. serving.

So if you choose lean proteins in your meal, you can feel full without missing out on eating. A whole egg scrambled with 2 extra egg whites is good with a piece of toast for breakfast...

Also if you get enough fiber, that helps to make you feel full. Something I do when I am hungry between meals is eat an apple.

It is easy to keep within calories. Just plan out what you will eat and you are good to go.
