Can't stop with the sweets!

I have as of the past two weeks or so been really stressed out. I have school full time, going through a break up and still having to live with him (its working out but its still new and STRESSFUL), sleeping 6-8 hrs a day and fitting in the gym when I can.
Lately I have been C-R-A-V-I-N-G sweets!! I mean I can not get enough of them!! I try to use fruit as a sub. for chocolate or fun size candy bars but they just aren't cuttin it. With the excess sugar I am feeling more bloated, big highs and big lows in energy and all around not good.
I used to HATE sweets and anything candy like. Now a days I can't seem to get enough.
Factors I have considered (and they might be all)
I have a hormone level issue and I have been on hormones of all levels and in different amounts for years.
I take anti anxiety and anti depressants (daily and they are small doses)
It is getting colder out. I'm from Alaska and I have always seemed to get the bear hibernation mode every fall.
Holidays are here.
I am stress eating.
I am NOT worried about weight gain, nutrient def., or anything like that. I love the way I eat besides the extra sweets and I love the way I get my exercise.
My diary is open if anyone wants to see then you can see what kind of sweets I am grabbing.
I just wanna know, ANYBODY ELSE GET RID OF THEIR SWEET TOOTH A LITTLE EASIER?? I don't mind being over in sugar as long as it is healthy but I am going over a lot of my days in sugar and I want to cut it down and I'm needing suggestions for alternative snacks

can't help I'm afraid but I have the same problem so I'm bumping this for later. I think I have an actual sugar addiction - worse sweet tooth ever!0
