Lower Belly

Anyone have a good exersise for the lower belly? I have lost approx 17lb and the lower belly skin is really saggy any suggestions on an exersise to tighten it up? Thanks!

    This is what I do, lay flat on your back with an exercise ball held between your feet, squeeze ball and raise your legs and hold for 5-10 secs. Repeat as many times as you can. You s hould feel your lower belly and inner thighs working.

    If it's loose skin time and genetics are about the only thing that help. You can do all the ab exercises to tighten muscles but loose skin just is.

    I absolutely love pilates toe taps for the lower belly. They're effective and fairly easy for beginners to do correctly.
