Lost 5lbs in Two Weeks

I am really pleased with my progress. I haven't been doing any drastic diets, just sticking to my calories and trying to make better food choices.
For Example, on friday evenings we have a big family meal. I no longer eat this as I realised that I was consuming 1000 calories over dinner alone. Previously I had still been eating this but using portion control but two weeks ago I stopped. I realised that as long as I continue eating even a small amount I would be tempted to have more. This has not ruined our family time and I actually had a better friday knowing I wouldn't feel sick about weighing myself.
I have not been exercising as much lately so this is my next step.
I have seen a few changes on my body. Nothing drastic but my neck has reshaped itself  and I have changed ring sizes from XL to Large which feels good.

How would I move this post? I think it may be better under motivation and support as I am still trying to lose weight rather than success stories.0
