Protein ????

How can I get more Protein without gaining a ton more calories or having to scoop it out of a jug

    Eggs are your friend. One large egg is only 70 cals.
  • Unsalted nut especially almonds and pistacios! Yummy.

    Beans and legumes are also another good source and there are sooo many to choose from:
    Black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, navy beans, garbanzo beans, lima beans, mung beans, black eyed peas, split peas and lentils.
    They are high in fiber and protein and low in fat.
