I am not new to weight loss, but after three kids and 6 years of doing nothing I've developed back problem and an generally unhappy. Since i started this weight loss journey my back feels great and i'm in a much better mood. Looking for friends to help me along the way:happy:

    I am new on here as well. Lost a lot of weight a few years ago, I have gained about 15 back I need to stay consistent. I have 3 children as well. Good luck to you. I am not too familiar with this site, but it seems like there is a lot of good advice on here to stay motivated.
