i feel like i dont need to eat as much.

Before I started MFP i use to eat all the time, but now I feel like I just need to eat my 3 meals a day which have become smaller, and a few really small snacks. I use to always think about food. i feel free , it may sound weird but i have just been feeling so good!

so I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else??

    Yup, and if you do it long enough it just becomes a habit and you don't really think twice about it.
