Good Morning,
When I first started MFP I selected sedentary as my normal daily activity level. I now workout 6 days a week and I have been doing this for three months. Should I change this setting?
Thanks for your feedback!

That depends on alot of different things. Like:

    1. Do you eat back your exercise calories?
    2. Are you feeling hungry or tired all the time?
    3. Do you know your BMR and TDEE?
    4. Has your weight loss stalled?

Basically, if what you're doing is still working for you, then why change it? Unless you're stalling and hungry/tired all the time....

I can't see your diary, so can't really give a good answer, but if you feel great and it's still working, I wouldn't change it.

Unless you have changed your daily "life" activities (you used to work at a desk, now you are working manual labor), you will get more accurate results if you leave your activity level alone and log your workouts as you do them.

Thank you both for your feedback. I have been really tired this week and it was suggested that I should eat more since I am more active. I currently eat 1790 calories each day (3 meals, 3 snacks). I am burning about 600-700 exercising but I don't eat back those calories unless I am hungry. I think my best option is to leave the setting alone and eat back more exercise calories.
