New mother picking up where she left off!

Ok... I'm back! Was down to 156 from 189 then got pregnant. Now 6 weeks after delivery I'm back... About 12 pounds away from prepregnancy and about 22 from my starting goal... I want to get back into it then in January get back to my goal of losing about 5 pounds a week. I am brestfeeding so I want to take these next few weeks to find a balance with working out and mothering! (and yes i am eating more) So I was wondering who all is in or has been through the same thing I am going through now? Any advice or tips?
